Prepare for your TfL SERU Assessment with ADCU
The SERU exam — Safety, Equality, and Regulatory Understanding - is a mandatory assessment introduced by Transport for London (TfL) that came into force on 1 October 2021.
It applies to both new applicants and those renewing their Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) driver licence.

Before You Begin we strongly recommend that you study the PHV Driver Handbook carefully before starting the practice test, as questions are drawn directly from it.
