Fair Pay for All
Our ongoing campaign to ensure all gig workers receive at least minimum wage after expenses.
We're pushing for transparent pricing and fair compensation across all platforms.

The ADCU is supporting a major collective legal action against Uber over Dynamic Pay (“Upfront Pricing”), brought in the Netherlands where Uber processes driver data.
UK drivers can join now.Since upfront fares (2020) and variable commission (2022), driver pay has fallen 16%, commissions have reached 60%, customer prices are up 32%, and Uber’s profits have surged.
The claim demands compensation for lost earnings, emotional distress, unlawful data use, and the illegal U.S. data transfer (2021–2023), plus an injunction to stop Dynamic Upfront Pricing.
Uber was fined €290 million, but drivers received nothing.

Licensing Reform
Pushing for regulators to include worker rights as a condition of private hire licensing, ensuring platforms meet employment standards.
Mandatory Data Sharing
Demanding platforms share data with both drivers and regulators, improving transparency and fairness in the gig economy.
Paid Waiting Time
Between Fares
Fighting for compensation during waiting periods between fares, recognising that drivers are available and working for the platform.
