The SERU exam - Safety, Equality, and Regulatory Understanding - is a mandatory assessment introduced by Transport for London (TfL) that came into force on 1st October 2021. It applies to both new applicants and those renewing their Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) driver licence. To help you succeed, ADCU has created a comprehensive, FREE online practice tests, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to pass your mandatory SERU assessment. Before You Begin we strongly recommend that you study the PHV Driver Handbook carefully before starting the practice test, as questions are drawn directly from it.
