We recently won at the UK Supreme Court leading to all Uber drivers in the UK being reclassified with 'worker status' ensuring they now receive holiday pay and the right to national minimum wage for all logged-on hours.
Our members in Northampton recently took a local operator to the employment tribunal to fight for worker status. We don't just fight the big global companies, but any rogue operator large or small, global or regional.
